Want to know if we can modify a house plan? Send us an inquiry to confirm options and pricing for any modifications prior to placing your order.

You can also purchase our preliminary plan package to get a quote from contractors and approval from the city. It includes floor plans and exterior elevations. The cost will be deducted from the full plans if purchased later.

If you like the interior and exterior design elements shown in our renderings, add our exclusive « Design Box » option to your house model. This package contains physical samples of all the finishes and materials showcased in our renderings and is accompanied by a detailed list of specifications for the materials, furniture and lighting. It will of course include the complete building plans.
